We want you to be confident that when shopping with Chaters you will get the best possible price, thats why we have introduced the 'Chaters Price Match'.
We always strive to be the most competitive but with so many titles available to choose from it is almost impossible to monitor fluctuating prices on them all, so if you find a title cheaper elsewhere we will match the price and better it by another £1. If you have already placed your order and find it cheaper elsewhere within 24 hours, will will credit the difference plus £1.
If you do find a Title cheaper else where please email pricematch@chaters.co.uk including the following details:
- Your name
- Your Order No. (if applicable)
- Product Title & ISBN
- Website selling product at a lower price (You MUST include links)
Within 2 days of receiving these details we will: (Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm Excluding Bank Holidays)
- Check the website selling the product at a lower price and validate that it meets our terms and conditions
- we will send you a unique code (valid for 48hrs) to use at the checkout on our site to reduce the price accordingly
- If you have already placed your order we will credit the difference to you (please ensure you have provided your order no.)
Terms & Conditions:
- Make sure you have found the best price possible as we are only able to 'Price Match' once.
- The item must be like for like.
- 'Price Match' is not valid against any Pre-Orders.
- 'Price Match' cannot be used against a product being sold on any Ebay or Amazon sites.
- 'Price Match' can only be used against other UK retailers.
- 'Price Match' is only against the price of the product and does not include any packaging or shipping costs.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
- 'Price Match' may be refused at anytime without reason or justification.
