This spectacular volume devoted to the most prestigious manufacturer of die-cast toys, which you wanted to tell industrial and commercial history, but above all describe as more exhaustive possible, all articles by it products.
The work consists of 470 pages and divided into 17 chapters arranged in homogeneous categories for typology and chronology, the bottom of which are printed tables showing the articles described in chapter, giving special significance to any mold and variations of colour.
It took three years of research, edited by passionate collectors in Turin, 5 to prepare this "Catalogue Raisonné". The authors were able to access a rich paper and photographic documentation, for the most part reproduced in the pages of the work, from the archives of the Mercury itself.
Over 500 high-definition photographs illustrate the production in its globalit and there appear also some unreleased prototypes. Given the prestige that the "Mercury" enjoys abroad and to facilitate understanding to foreign collectors.
